WHAT IT IS

The painting with Playfulness workshop facilitated by Sophie is an afternoon you do not want to miss. This workshop is for anyone who enjoys being creative. Everyone can be creative. There is no right or wrong, better or worse, beautiful or ugly. There is only your unique expression of the moment.

Sophie believes creativity creates joy and a sense of fulfilment. Expressing ourselves in our unique way brings us in touch with our true essence. In addition to that, she believes our source of creativity can flow in a field where our artistic expression is shared with like minded and hearted people.

The intention and idea of the workshop is to connect and share through art – through painting. You will create together and share the joy and play, supporting the creative energy field.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In this 3 hour workshop you will:

• get grounded in yourself through meditation;

• experience how to trust another;

• experience to share and create together;

• experience to let go of control and surrender;

• express yourself freely with painting material;

• create your unique painting;

• play and connect with other painters by sharing the paintings

Above all: you will experience an afternoon of joy, laughter, flow and connection with nature.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Sophie is originally from Belgium, but followed her heart 40 years ago and ended up in Brasil.
